AAP-Congress Tension: Due to the rain in Delhi, the opposition parties' All India Alliance has started to crack. This is being said because after the heavy rain on Friday (28 June) in Delhi, waterlogging has been seen in many parts. Regarding this, the Congress has targeted the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government of Delhi. AAP has now hit back at the Congress and said that it has not even been able to open its account in the last two elections.
Delhi Congress President Devendra Yadav targeted the AAP government over the waterlogging in the capital and said that it ran away in times of crisis. On this, Delhi Health Minister and AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj responded to the Congress on Saturday (June 29). Bhardwaj said, “Opposition parties in the country are fighting to save the Constitution. Division among opposition parties is not good. Local leadership in different states has the right to express their views.”
AAP took a dig at Congress over the election defeat
Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader Saurabh Bhardwaj said that Congress has not even been able to open its account in the last two assembly elections in Delhi. He said, “Devendra Yadav himself is losing the elections. At the national level, we are part of the All India Alliance and we do not want to get into unnecessary debate at the local level.” Due to heavy rains in Delhi, waterlogging has been seen at many major places. BJP is also attacking AAP regarding this.
What did Devendra Yadav say?
In fact, Delhi Congress President Devendra Yadav criticized the Delhi government and said that he had already warned the government about the monsoon. He said, “There is no area in Delhi where there is no waterlogging today, be it railway station, airport, park or residential areas. For the first time, Delhi has come to a standstill. We have been regularly writing letters to the government to warn them about the monsoon, but in times of crisis, the Delhi government runs away as seen today.”
