Congress on the demand for special status: Ever since the NDA government was formed under the leadership of PM Modi, the Congress has been continuously attacking the ruling party. Meanwhile, Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh on Saturday (29 June) cornered the Modi government on the issue of demanding special status for Bihar and Andhra Pradesh. Jairam Ramesh said that JDU has passed a resolution and reiterated the demand for special status for Bihar.
In fact, in the national executive meeting of Janata Dal United (JDU) held on Saturday (29 June), Sanjay Kumar Jha has been made the acting president of the party. The national executive has also passed a resolution demanding special status for Bihar from the central government.
Jairam Ramesh asked a question to Modi government
The Congress party targeted the Modi government by referring to the JDU proposal. Jairam Ramesh has also questioned the NDA constituents by posting on X. He said, “JDU has passed a resolution and reiterated the demand for special state status for Bihar. Will the Chief Minister show the courage to get such a proposal passed by the state cabinet. Will the Bihar Chief Minister put forward this demand strongly? And what is the stand of TDP in its new innings? Why has it not yet passed any such proposal for Andhra Pradesh? This is a promise that was emphasized a lot by the non-biological Prime Minister in the holy city of Tirupati on 30 April 2014.

Government formed for the third time with the support of constituent parties
Let us tell you that in 2024 Lok Sabha Elections BJP has not been able to get absolute majority in the Lok Sabha. This time BJP has 240 seats in the Lok Sabha. The government has been formed for the third consecutive time under the leadership of PM Modi through the NDA allies.
